We start with an on-site walkthrough, measure the space, and produce a written scope listing every task and its frequency. That document is what we are held to, and it is what you compare against when you inspect the work.
Every technician is background-checked and trained on the specific protocol for your facility type — a dental operatory and a warehouse floor do not get the same crew training. We provide a certificate of insurance naming your property manager before the first visit, which is what most managed buildings in San Diego require to grant access.
